Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on February 5, 1964. She is an American actress who is known for her talent in portraying powerful characters that are vulnerable. Linney grew up in an actor's family, since her father Romulus Linney is a playwright. Linney received her degree from Brown University in 1986 and afterward attended the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City. In the year 1990, she began her career on Broadway and eventually receiving praise for her performance in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
